Lily Arm Chair Model 3208 by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen
The last chair Arne Jacobsen ever designed, Lily was originally introduced in 1968 for the Danish National Bank as model 3108. Jacobsen, together with Fritz Hansen, then introduced the arm chair version of Lily, the 3208, in 1970 at the Danish Furniture Fair.
In celebration of the Lily arm chair’s 50th anniversary, Fritz Hansen reintroduces both versions of the Lily, Models 3208 and 3108 (with and without arms), in the original walnut veer in 2020.
Made from laminated sliced veneer in a complex molding process that ensures the perfect curves and the best comfort.
