JU01 Utzon Stool by Jørn Utzon for Fritz Hansen
A rare and captivating furniture design from Jørn Utzon, acclaimed Danish architect and designer of the Sydney Opera House. Taking maritime inspiration from the harbors of his youth, Utzon designed the 7 rounded shapes that form the seat to resemble marine bollards and fenders. Brought to life for the first time, the stool is a meticulously crafted functional sculpture rendered by Fritz Hansen’s fine craftsmen.
