1966 Dining Chair by Richard Schultz for Knoll
Richard Schultz designed the 1966 Dining Chair at the request of Florence Knoll who, after retiring, wanted outdoor furniture that could withstand the corrosive Florida ocean air. The 1966 Collection is regarded as the first modern outdoor furniture and has set the standard in the Outdoor category ever since.

Construction:
- Welded cast extruded aluminum frame finished in weather-resistant polyester powdercoat.
- White vinyl-coated polyester mesh seat and back with solid vinyl straps sewn with teflon thread.
- Stainless steel connectors and supports.
- Wheels are cast aluminum with rubber tires and differential axle.
